Carlos Génova explores the irrational language of the dreamlike, the mythological and the poetic. Through these instances he artistically investigates the very foundation of discursive possibility while leading us from one structure to another.

 

His personal exploration of the unconscious is presented to us as visual conclusions in the form of discourses on color, composition and form. His ever-changing pieces are filled with diverse stylistics that go from the purely abstract to the always interesting figurativeism while his speech also touches on the multicultural aspect and the symbolism of the mythologies that he has preserved within his spirit.
